Nashua River in Clinton/Lancaster?

Hey guys,

I live in Lancaster and always looking for more places to fish. There are many access areas to the Nashua River, but I never see anyone fishing them. Is it against the law or can it be fished? If so, is it worth it? Looking for bass/trout/whatever.

Some great spots but as you said I never seen anyone fishing.
I know the water is high and fast now but even last year
