What are the specs on the rod?
its an 8ft heavy rod rated for up to 80lb braid and 2oz weights
Congrats buddy! One question tho don't you think you would have been better off with a 7 fter? 8 ft is a lot of rod to handle even for someone my height. Most guys that don't punch or pitch don't realize what a work out it is when you are throwing 2, 3, or even 500 pitches a day with a rod that long its going to be an extra workout!
