Hit up one of my metro west mat ponds today. The number of bite was not what I expected. they were few and far between but while the lacked quantity it was made up with quality. 2 fish 5 or better and 3 fish 4 or better for a 22.8lb bag. Got 10 fish in all with a couple of 3's a 2 and two rat 1lbers. Fish hit creature baits on the fall.
