Kayak Trailer Info

So here is my situation.

I used to sling the Ascend FS-10 on the roof of my wifes Toyota RAV-4 but she bought a new car with no racks. I have an Infiniti G35X and I finally got the Thule racks when released for it. I don't like putting the yak on the car and having the racks on it.

I want the new Infinit Q50 when it comes out late summer and I don't want to have a separate small truck or something to tote the yak. So what about small trailer for the kayak?

Anyone know any good models or setups? Thanks for any help.

Have you considered the Foam Blocks ? No need for the roof racks?
If not Google "Kayak foam blocks" I know Walmart must sell them.

The foam set up works well enough. We did it for our canoe for a long time.

There are trailers designed for kayaks and canoes though. I've thought about going that route myself. That way I could put all my gear in it as well! BONUS car room for ladies and stuff..cause you know ladies flock to us carp anglers

Various companies make them and you can find em on craigslist a lot as well. I've seen a few sitting from 100-300 dollars a few times. Comparable to a good rack set up anyway.
