Friday Morning Open Ice?

Dont have to be at work til 12:00 tomorrow. Looking to get out with my buddy for our first open water of the season.

Was thinking of hitting up Morton Park, maybe try some trout fishing. Anyone have any idea if it is open yet? Or any other suggestions?

Should be wide open. Ponds further north than that have been open for the past week. Give it hell!

I was driving around today and noticed a few of the smaller ponds in my area have all cleared of ice and are 100% open. But....some are still frozen too
