Nice drawing! I was out Saturday until about 3, then the wind kicked up. Had waves breaking over my bow on the paddle in. But I still managed a nice bass and a pickerel.
Thanks don51. You are right, it was not a great day for the fly rod... or the kayak, as it was very choppy. Unfortunately, I took more time prepping to go fishing than I actually spent fishing.
Thanks dace....I was only out from about 7:00 am until 8:30 am. Mostly wanted to try out a new fly line, but will have to wait till calmer days to give it a true test.
