fishfinder + GPS

Hi
I am looking for a Fishfinder that also does GPS so I can mark the good fishing spots and have a maps of lakes and depth. This is to put on my canoe so the smaller the better.
I would appreciate any recommendations

The Lowrance Elite 4 models should be a good fit.

There are gps and non-gps models. There are also Sonar, DSI and combo models.

I have the Elite-4 DSI model and really like it. At times I feel like I miss the sonar though. The HDI unit has both.

what is the difference between DSI and sonar?

I saw the Elite 4 HDI one, it says in the description: "built-in GPS antenna and support for high-definition mapping". Does this mean we have to pay extra to get the GPS maps or does it comes already with maps?

also I saw that it does not come with a transducer (I understand this is the sonar emmitting/receiving tool right?)... so we have to add $$ for this as well?
