There was dead fish in Jamaica Pond around the same time. All small - bluegill, a few perch and a couple bullhead. And one poor disoriented turtle. Water temps may have produced a low-oxygen situation. It was only small fish that floated up - the big ones probably stayed deep and weren't harmed.

yea i have seen some blue gill and even a bass floating at Jamaica Pond, pretty dissapointing.

take a picture of his plastic bag with him , note his license plate
or best call popo directly if you see it - pisses me off those douches
catch dinner at local ponds - just hope they swallow their own hook
while cooking the 5 inch sunfish
