Fish Finder Help

i have searched and can't really find much that helps. tried a different battery too. yup, it has the temperature sensor haha. that's the first thing i tripled checked. i think it is time to call humminbird...i just ran the simulation mode and i don't see temperature.

i wonder if they'll send me a new unit....a lowrance.

If you call humminbird you will be happy they have great customer service. I had a transducer issue with a one year SI model not getting a good return, I took a few pictures of my boat so they could see the location of the transducer and bam, new free transducer a week later. Then fast foward a few months and that stupid plastic bracket humminbird gives you to mount the transducer broke right off while on plane and sent my transducer bouncing off my prop or lower unit taking a chunk out of the transducer, what do you know a week later a new transducer with a metal mounting bracket showed up.

thanks for the information. i'll give them a call today. doubt they'll send a new unit but who knows. it would suck having to send it in and not have it in the meantime.
