Planning a trip to Comet pond this weekend.Was wondering if anyone had been this yr and if the action has been any good.

I was there 2 weeks ago..was still iced over with a lot of fisherman on it...would have to warm quite a bit to have open water by now.

I got a report on it this morning and the edges are open and people fishing the open water near the dam.

What is the water level like at the Chu now? Have not been out that way in a while.

I drove by Chu yesterday and still a little ice in the coves. Water level was a little higher than normal, but didn't look too bad.
