I went carp fishing, and ended up 0-1 - one short run that I couldn't hook. I did get my first fish of the year on my way out though. I put on a spinner and got a perch. That's probably the first perch I've caught since the 1970s. I started fishing salt water and never went back to fresh until this year. With the price of gas, I'd rather fish locally than drive an hour to the Canal.
Edit: Hmmm... I uploaded a photo just to figure out how to do it, and I don't see it now. When I went back to edit and try loading it again, it was there. Still don't see it.
