I have tried this soft swim bait for the past 3 trips out. I have only had one fish on, though briefly. I have tried a fast retrieve, slow retrieve, fishing it like a worm, with no real results. I rigged it with a weighted 3.0 swim bait hook. on the retrieve it looks like a blue gill with very nice action. Today I got plenty of hits on my go to bait, the worm and caught 4 bass. any suggestions on how to improve the results with the speed shad swim bait?
