1 Day, Non-resident license?

I could have sworn there was a 1 day license that could be purchased. My Dad is coming into town in a few weeks from Western NY state and we wanted to go fishing. But I can only find a 3 day license. $23.50 for that is ridiculous. Is there a one-day option? I see there is a one-day option for Quabbin Reservoir but we aren't driving out there to fish.

It's only $12.50 for the 3 day, the $23.50 is for non resident citizens of the US. And that's not that crazy. We pay $45 bucks for a week per person for when we go on vacation to Maine.

Are you sure "non-resident" means non-US resident? It seems wherever I'm reading is claiming non-resident means non-Massachusetts residents...

Ma. Should do a 1 day license, N.H. does 1,3,5 and 7 day non resident Licenses, little more $$ then Ma. tho

NH one day comes out to around $17.50. Ouch. I did that a few weeks ago.

My bad, your right. The "alien" wording was throwing me off. Too bad we can't do a universal licenses or have some sort of reciprocal agreement with other states, especially NH and Maine.
