Chestnut Hill Reservoir Description

Lots of pickerel here. Some bass and bluegill. Can be frustrating to fish with all the joggers during the daytime, but I have landed many fish in the early morning. Pickerels get pretty big here, but have yet to land a nice sized bass.

Topwater frogs are good early in the morning if you hit the shoreline. I've seen people using shiners and worms for small yellow perch.
