Ice fishing honey hole! Fishing Report
Back At It Again!
I went back for revenge!
Set up the trap at the glory hole. Set up trap with a dead shiner on the bottom. Trying to catch eels and catfish!
Made some new holes. Trying to find the schools of panfish!
Flag pops in the glory hole. I let it run! Pull tight to the fish. Let it run. I land a nice pickerel!
No action in the hole for the rest of the day!
I drop my underwater camera in the new hole. A bass decides to taste my camera.
I drop a shiner on my rod. It hits immediately but my reel won't reel in. So I miss the fish. The damn bass took my last shiner!
I move the trap from the glory hole. Cuz It wasn't doin much!
So I put the trap in the hole where I lost the bass.
I go jigging for a little! Flag pops. Reel spinning. Fish is running.
Pull the trap outa the hole slowly! No fish!?¡¿ I didn't feel the fish at all on the line!
That's it! End of story! 1 fish couple hits!

That's the one I got! 50foot cable and it's pocket sized!
It is so cool! Now I can find where the structure is!
My buddy and I where getting caught on the bottom. We thought it was a tree or some branches!
It was a net! But not a kids net! It was like a hockey net. Saw a perch hangin around the net!

yeah i want one of those aquatic cameras, they are pretty sweet. the one i want is a color camera and screen with a litium ion battery so the whole unit is nice and compact but its also 300 bills lol. ill keep it on my wishlist of stuff i dont need but MUST have anyways haha

Good Idea. Ill drill 2 holes next each other. Maybe I can get a picture of a fish hitting the bait.
Up in New Hampshire a couple of weeks I was watching perch hit my jig on the camera.
Glo jigs look wicked cool with this camera -
try leaving the camera in the hole with a baited tilt maybe it will attract more fish to your bait and you will be able to see what fish keeps grabbing your bait ;)

So far I found a net and a weed patch in this pond. I've seen a couple of perch and a bass.
This bass came up and mouthed it. Cuz it saw the lights.
This is the second fish that bit the lights. And perch are attracted to it! -
