Comment: I fished Waldo Lake across the street from the Rez last year twice. I got my kayak in but it was pretty tough. I got a few dencent fish and tons of action in the pads.

Comment: I live up the street from DW. I've fished there many times and never got booted. Although I never really caught anything over a lb. You are allowed to launch a yak or canoe in 30 acre pond on the other side of Oak st. Not the first pond but the one closest to Pleasant st. I have yet to do that because the launch is kinda tuff. I might try this summer. I'll post a review.

Comment: You know, I drove by there yesterday and it's pretty overgrown up by that path that runs along South Street. It would be difficult for anyone on the street to see someone fishing, especially if you stepped down off the path.

Comment: Fishing is absolutely not allowed. There are signs everywhere. You can try it if you want, of course, but EPOs do check. When I lived in Brockton I used to shore fish from there and was stopped numerous times over the years.

Comment: I'm thinking of throwing the kayak in this pond but there are so many conflicting reports of if fishing is allowed or not. Has anyone got a canoe or kayak in here?

Comment: The place is very good bass fishing. I have seen many people fishing there even though it is posted no fishing in a few spots(old weathered signs). I have caught numerous bass form here, 2 were 4+ pounds. There is fishing on all the lower ponds that the reservoir is connected to(4 others) they are all decent but the reservoir is the best. One fisherman told me he has taken several 10+ hawgs out of the second pond from the reservoir. Good luck
