Skunked On The Sud
Went for about 5 hours early this morning. Hit all of the honey holes we have there and surprisingly came up empty. Even the bite was slow. Ended up only pulling in Largemouth weighing in at maybe a pound. definitely my worst day of the season up to this point. Oh well, they all can't be great days!
have fun at work. We will try and get them to start bitting again. hahaha
I'm jealous, I wish I could go. I am about to go on a 2 week road trip for work (MD, FL, SC). But I will be back for the 1st week of July and ready to hit it up pretty hard!

I tried switching up my baits to some topwaters and a couple of others and nothing. Maybe with the cooler weather it slowed it down. Either way, I guess this is a way for me to get out to some new spots. I scouted some places over the last few months that I am itching to try, just not enough hours in the day!
Bought myself a couple of top waters i'm itchin to try maybe they just want to see something different.
Yeah it is slowing down I went at dusk that afternoon and hit 4lber and missed another nice one and caught a couple more but fishing was def slower.It had been cool last couple nights so maybe they just needed the sun to bring them out later in the day.
That's exactly what I did all morning. At least I have perfected the craft of casting.

I know they are tired of seeing the same old faces. I have a few new spots there that I've scouted over time that I plan on hitting. I have so much travel over the next 2 weeks for work that I won't really be able to fish so maybe they will forget what I look like. Either way, I have a couple of other lakes/ponds that are on my list to hit soon.
The bass are tired of getting hooked from the Senko's Ouch hahahahaha It's fishing They know what You and Badlarry look like, they dont know me and my brother hahahahaha not yet soon
