As far as I know they stock it from the ramp in the main parking lot.
Someone once told me they sometimes alternate between the two ramps. |

I'm pretty sure it's the other way around. The St Lawrence runs from the lakes to the ocean.

I guess I'll just stick with Horn Pond, then.
There are quite a few spots around the pond where you can go and be all by yourself for hours. And that's the way I like it. |

Not exactly. My understanding is that they stock the tributaries of the Great Lakes with rainbows. Some of which then migrate to the Great Lakes only to return a few years later to spawn.

Steelhead are just rainbows that spend a couple of years in saltwater but goes back to freshwater to spawn. |
