I know this reservoir is off limits and state police will kick you out but has anybody fished? Seems like it would be excellent.

Is this place any good if so what techniques/baits do you use?? (Fishing from land by the way)

So I was fishing the other night with a buddy and he wasn't paying attention to where was casting and he hooked my rod and casted it straight into the water the reel hit a rock and chipped so now anyt ...

I'm going from the shore and most of the time ill wear a bathing suit and just go in with water shoes knee deep.

So i'm just opening this up to anyone who has any input on fishing these waters because i want to try new fishing techniques while fishing the Mystic River and Mystic Lakes, i personally swear by purp ...
