I would say that most fish don't show up on a ff. Only way to know is to fish. That's what it's all about.

some one must have complained about the boat ramp being closed. The jersey barrier that was there has been removed, So the ramp is open again.

Just a heads up. The weather is going to be great this coming week but anyone planning on fishing Monponsett, the state removed the floats and blocked off the ramp.

I live about 2 minutes from that pond. They are right, if your gonna do a tourney there it has to be very early in the year, that place gets so choked so fast. That being said I've dragged my kayak in ...

A kayak tourney would be very possible in April. The whole back 2/3s of the pond is 3' or less. I have fished there a few times in the Spring the last few years. Did OK, nothing special though.

The NEKF guy you talked to at Wampatuck was probably me. Red Hobie?

Best way to deal with the wind in a kayak. Get a Hobie. Wink
