| It's tough fishing with topwaters this time of year. I have the best luck in June and July.
Just get out there around sunset on a nice calm day and you will definitely get some! |

I grew up in Minnesota and ice fishing if HUGE there. Just never really did it for me. I'm not the type who can sit around and just wait for a pop up. I also hate being on the ice!  |

| Also fwiw our rent is cheap. If you look around enough you can find places on the water for good prices. You just have to be willing to live in the middle of nowhere. |
