365 ponds/lakes on the cape, one for each day of the year. been dying to get out there this season.

yea i have seen the same thing at 2 different ponds, but it was early season and they were spawning still. usually i think thats the case... they would get spooked usually but they don't want to leave ...

There was dead fish in Jamaica Pond around the same time. All small - bluegill, a few perch and a couple bullhead. And one poor disoriented turtle. Water temps may have produced a low-oxygen situation ...

Haha, don't worry about me. I'm not a tourney fisherman (no boat.) I've gone almost exclusively texas rig, guess it's time to try wacky. What's the action/retrieve on that (assume weeds/lilly pads) ...
