yeah there's a dock for people looking to get canoes, kayaks and small boats in, there's also parking spots right by the dock in the neighborhood where its located
Does this pond have a spot to put in a cartop boat? It's on my list of ponds to fish in Central Mass. (2009)
The Division currently has very little current information on this 88-acre pond. Maximum depth is 21 feet and average depth is about 10 feet. The eastern and part of the northern shoreline is heavily developed; the remaining shoreline is undeveloped forest or wooded swamp. Access is available at the north end of the pond off Goldsmith Street, adjacent to the town beach. It is suitable for car top boats and canoes. Fish Populations: largemouth bass, chain pickerel, bluegill, pumpkinseed, brown bullhead and golden shiner. There is also a good population black crappie (“calicos”).
This pond is known to produce a few good bass and pickerel every year. The crappies are abundant and have good average size, and we can definitely recommend them. Beyond that, all we can say is that this looks like it would be a good ice-fishing pond.
