Smittles1179 says: I fished here in my Kayak in 2006,2007 and 2008 - Always a great Largemouth Bass location. I think I caught the same fish in the photo. This is a great non gas motor location. Kayak or small electric on small jon boat is great here. no ramp.

East Prov. Waterworks Dam is the result of James V Turner Reservoir on the Ten Mile River in Providence County, Rhode Island. It has been been there since 1934. Its normal surface area is 275 acres. It is owned by the City Of East Providence, C/O Public Works. James V Turner Reservoir Dam, also known as East Prov. Waterworks Dam is of earthen construction, a gravity dam, concrete. Its height is 60 feet with a length of 820 feet. Maximum discharge is 8300 cubic feet per second. Its capacity is 3100 acre feet. Normal storage is 1300 acre feet. It drains an area of 48 square miles.
RI 152 at the RI/MA boarder runs right through the middle of the reservoir.
