Well, the rumors about Boon are true. It totally sucked! Yes, it looks really bassy but the water was as murky as the Charles River, just filled with all manner of debris. Lots of sub one pound fish caught but fish over that were rare. Winner had 4 fish with largest at 2 lb 3 oz, runner up had one fish. Water skiers on the main lake relegated the kayaks to the lower bays. Yours truly threw everything from senkos to spinners to crankbaits to jigs to frogs with only a couple tugs and total skunk to show for it.
