tourney pay out

trying to find out what the pay out schedule is for the tournaments,

It all depends on number of boats and how many places we pay out.

thanks, so it is decided the day of the tourney as to what the pay outs will be? there is no set formulas in place. I'm new to the tourney seen and just want to know how things operate. Thanks again.

Theres a set percentage of the pot for top boats. If everyone shows up then they will know ahead of time but like sunday when 2 people pull a no show then yes payouts will change last second.

It's usually based on a 50,30,20 formula and 50 for lunker.With only 7 boats we had 1st and 2nd plus lunker.If we had 10 it would had been 50 lunker,225 1st,125 or 150 2nd and 75 or 100 for 3rd.Neil has it all typed out on the score sheets that Rich has.We all need to keep a few copies of these with us.If we only had 6 it may have been winner take all.or 200 and 50.5 boats is winner take all.If we have less than 7 we will take a vote at the ramp.
