If I'm not mistaken I believe there is a license you can get that allows you to fish in saltwater in 5 out of the 6 New England states. This got me wondering...
Would it be worth drafting a petition to ask New England states to consider a similar option for freshwater fishing? To have an all-purpose New England fishing license, that would cost more than a single state's license, but would be cheaper than buying them all individually, while still allowing people to only buy MA or NH, or any other single state if they wanted to?
Is this even a feasible idea?
