Used but also in great condition. It's the 2011 version which they don't make anymore. I used this for several applications - drop shot, worm, shakey head, grub. I think 2013 Kistler Heliums go for $250 new? Check their site out for their great warranty details. A+ service too. I've spoken with Trey Kistler himself several times.
