Was just wondering how much more sensitive the tugsten sinkers are compared to other ones and was wondering if it was that much of a difference and worth the money to cheap to buy some and figure it out on my own! thanks in advanced

They are smaller in size than lead and are supposedly environmentally safe ( Question ). They also are quite pricey Exclamation Other than that I see no beneficial difference.

they're smaller and definitely more sensitive. i like that they're a smaller profile than lead but yeah, they're expensive.

Titanium, tungsten, brass, tin, and bismuth have not been found, by California, to cause cancer in lab rats...............yet.

I guess I have to ask....How "sensitive" does a worm weight have to be?

Sensitivity is great with tungsten. Smaller size make flipping in cover easier. Since lead is illegal and tin/bismuth is pricey since its every bait makers alternative. The prices arent that different. There are a lot of situations where it might not need to be that sensitive but in 30+ foot you can still feel every rock, limb, grass

I like using steel at least for bullet weights. Safe, legal and on the cheaper side. I don't really finesse fish enough to speak to the sensitivity though.

If you are using a slip sinker, sensitivity isn't really an issue, it's all about the line you are using Exclamation
