I saw the sign this weekend while food shopping at the new Market Basket in Hudson.
Cabelas is opening a store in the home town of the Arrogance.

Have they broke ground yet? Do we know when they plan on opening? Will take the ride there over the nightmare that is BPS in Foxboro.

I went to the cabelas in Maine this past winter. I really liked it. I felt like they had a lot more sale items and the bargain cave is awesome. You never know what you'll find in there

I've sworn off BPS.... in my observation seems they have switched to pushing all their local brands and no longer carry many manufacturers. Seems their return and warranty policies have gotten worse as well.

Yea but bps has some real quality rods I think for the price

I have three BPS Tourney Special rods. All are very good quality and great value for price.

I never had a problem with any basspro returns. my beef with them is the inconsistent quality of the same item. a really good rod one year and next year the blank is different. some of their soft plastics vary in salt content and color from bag to bag and even in the same bag. but I still like them.
