If you're going up river, use your fishfinder/sonar, there's a lot of rocks. You may luck out with the water levels with the rain we're supposed to get, but that presents a different problem altogether. Or, to be SAFE, go with someone who knows the area.

I fish this section all the time and although I was originally thinking about fishing there Sunday, I want no part of it with the amount of rain we will get. The river gets more dangerous and definately tougher to fish. Wait til the levels come down, 3-4 days after the rains.
