I recently sold my 14' aluminum boat w/ 25hp Yamaha and purchased an 18' Parker , center console, with a 115hp Yamaha. I love fishing salt water and I used to fish the bays of Hull, Quincy, and Boston Harbor with the 14' aluminum. The question I want to ask is, how sea worthy is this 18' Parker ? Would it be safe to go out to Jeffery's Ledges and how many knots / mph, winds would be the max for this vessel ??

June 6th, 2013 Well I went out yesterday, launched at Hampton Harbor, went to Isle of Shoals, mouth of the Merrimack, and back to Hampton Harbor, I was out from 5:30am to 5:30pm, My Parker boat went very good.
The stripers were hitting hard we had 6 keepers 28 to 32 inches, good fight lots of fun.
