if you're looking for easy access and something close by - waltham stretch for sure. it produces a lot of big fish regularly and has all sorts of stuff to fish. it's mostly pads and a lot of thick water chestnut this time of year so you'll have to punch. and let me know when you go haha

Some great spots to launch in the Needham area as well. Slob bass and the occasional pike.

I'm not aware of any trailer boat ramps in Needham, though I know of a few canoe launches.
