Is it true what they say?

I've tried so many supposedly "deadly" suggestions from Blue Fox spinnerbaits to Booyahs to Lip Ripperz, which I had to order specially. No luck on none of em'! Trust me, I put the time/effort in too. lol. At this moment I'm debating between upping my fly selection or going for panther martin's instead.

Do they really slay trout & bass like people say?

I have used them for trout and done well along with Rooster tails and Mepps . I am Not into bass that much so I don't know about them for bass.
I do like the many choices you get with Mepps spinners / lures and have caught bass on them while fishing for trout.
Choosing lures is like shopping for a car . LOL Color shape and action.

It really is! Lol. I'll have to look into the Mepps now too.
It's funny how the Blue Fox Flash can be so close to looking like rooster tails, but so unappealing to the fish due to the subtle differences (e.g.; little fish bodies with eyes & skirts).
