The other day I blew my first bulb in my trailer lights. On my way home from the pond I stopped at auto zone. I popped the lens off and after wrestling with the socket ( the bulb shattered) I got it out. There were no numbers on it. I went inside and they suggested bulb 1157. I agreed it looked the same. It didn't fit right. So I googled the name on the lens and found the replacement bulbs are 1157b. Autozone didn't have them. Recently Damon had mentioned led lights don't have this issue. Today I ordered led lights. Stupid bulbs. Why don't they just put led lights on to begin with. My trailer is a 2012. They cost more but are worth it in the long run IMO
LED lights are great i have them in my saltwater trailer and will eventually put them on my new boat im getting (which im picking up in about 4 hours i will be posting some pictures of it tonight)
I got a pair at Lowes for 45 bucks. After a quick google search that was a good price, there's a Lowes on the way to the pond I'm fishing today so I ordered them for in store pickup and they were ready 10 minutes after I ordered them
Are the lights you bought submersible? I am thinking about making the switch myself though I have gotten pretty good at changing bulbs. How easy were they to rig?

So I hope you at least broke the curse after you picked up your led's?
