well, mother nature sure isn't cutting us any slack!...cold water temps still are reality but the team of Russ Kleekamp and Ted Barnicle brought the only limit to the scales.

Yeah It's really bad when you fish for 7 hours and don't even get a bite.Something gave them lockjaw.We saw 1 fish scoot out of a brushpile after I got my jig stuck and had to move it to get it out.Good lake and a very bad day.I think I was getting pay back for last week,hahaha.I think 2 other boats had 1 fish and the rest got skunked.Some caught pickerel but we never got bit.

Damn that's cold.
Remember last year when they were in prespawn.
Water temps last year were 55.

We need a really good warm up to happen.

Way to tough it out guys...very slow with the weather we've had! It looks like high 40's to mid 50's the next 10 days...time to get these bass more active!

High 40s low 50s this week!!!!!
That's what we need to get the bass active!!!!!
Hopefully the weather will start to warm up!!!!!

But hey look at the bright side.
