Inflatable Boats ??????

Does anyone fish from an inflatable boat? If so what are the pros and cons. I live in an apartment complex and can't store a "real" boat. eBay sells inflatable boats and kayaks for around $300.
Will appreciate all opinions.

I bought an inflatable boat today. $300 on eBay. It's over 10' long.
I can't wait to try it out !!!!!
