Oldham Pond Lunkers

Where is the best spot to find lunkers on Oldham pond? I heard there's a spot just to the left of the ramp. I also heard a story from an old timer claiming to be a 10 pounder swimming around in there. One other thing I came across was a favorite bait at Oldam is a peach colored lipless crankbait. Thanks for all your help. MAFF ROCKS

Shawn, about 200 yards from the launch, there is a 200 ft drop off. Try to mark the sunken Spanish ship that's on the bottom. When you find that, use a 10 oz weight to get down there. I would use fresh clams as bait. You cant go wrong.

I hear ya. I've only been there twice before. Once to pre fish last years tourney and then in the tourney.
