That bat on the jitterbug is crazy just crazy.....I've got nothing of the sorts listed YET..I haven't been doing this long but how bout weirdest looking fish. It had these yellow leg things it used to walk around with. [img] http://www.mafishfinder.com/view_photo_details.php?id=32500&pid=4[/img]
I am surprised Pocketfisherman has not chimed in. Many years ago, he reeled in a dressed manikin. He was with my uncle and I know the story well. It was far from obvious that it was a manikin. I am pretty sure on the way home they were hit by a drunk driver who swerved into them head on. Rogers favorite fishing rod at that time was destroyed in the accident. True story. Talk about a bad early am start to the day.
Thanks Kman! THAT is a memory I had buried down deep. OK not really, but it scared the holy $$HIT outta me at the time! I was 13 years old I think. I convinced my uncle to leave and we went to another place to fish. On the way there, we got crunched by a drunk driver who fell asleep at the wheel. The worst part of it all for me was that my old faithful and favorite fishing rod did not survive the crash. My uncle got a nice insurance claim out of it, but never bought me another rod to replace the one I lost (will never forget or forgive for that). Yeah, that was a weird and wacky day for sure!
