Went to Norton Reservoir today and as I was leaving the Environmental Police were just showing up. Fishing was slow, caught a couple small largemouths <1 lbs ea. Still alot of weeds as was expected. Just thought someone might be interested!
I think its good to have them checking for scofflaws. If they don't check once in awhile nothing ever gets done with the people who break the law. I also never expected to see them at Norton. OK, "Pleasant Surprise" isn't quite right, maybe "FYI" would have been better.
