good idea, never thought of using a swivel like that. I have learned so much since using this website.
I know I should encourage other anglers to join, but I feel like this website is giving me an edge with friends I have that I conpete with for braggin' rights and what not.

Love the idea for certian application(carolina or texas rigged plastics) . I wouldnt see it working as well on something like a slug-go. A little fisherman's glue would work were you wouldnt want to have that added weight, even if it is minimal. Very cool though mikey

Yup your right its more for soft plastic. I use alot of powerbait worms which are real soft and they do have to be adjusted a bit.

definately a cool trick. have you guys used a skip gap hook? check it out http://www.gamakatsu.com/new_products/new_skipgap.htm
the s bend up near the eye holds the worm or reeeeaaaaall good. i don't like to use anything smaller than a 3/0.
