Rod Holders

Can anybody recommend a rod holder that will fit into the hole meant for an oar lock? I like trolling a deep diving crank but when it gets hit, if i'm not holding the rod (if I'm casting at the same time) there's always the chance it will get pulled out of my boat. I know one of these days a big bass is going to come along and steal my gear...

Sure you can find em around but I found this post that had an interesting concept and one you could prolly make yourself if so inclined.

The coolest part is you shorten the metal piece and have it angled out a bit away from the boat to hold only 1 rod per side or something...
