old pond in easton

about to go to old pond in easton would like to know if it has alot of weeds or not i recently went to sabbatia and it had alot of weeds went out at 5am till 1pm and cought nothing

I didn't seen any new growth yet and same in New Pond.

Old Pond is still clear on the front side near the waterfall and stone walls......however, taking a canoe out is only feasable to about 1/2 the length as the weeds are getting really thick on the back side of the pond.......

Seems like new pond is getting the same way, but given it's relative larger size.....you should be able to fish from right around the waterfall well into the summer.

I trailer my 16 footer right into New Pond and fish it end to end trolling motor down with out a problem
