this plug is awesome in the salt for stripers. wondering if anyone uses it for largemouth. just wondering if anyone fishes the magic swimmers? what size? what color? any productivity out of the lure? i've had good luck with a ghost color (i believe that's what it's called) and natural shiner.
It is a just OK swimbait. I caught a few, nothing big. However, they have a soft plastic version, same body size. It is way too expensive. $15 for 3. It produced some nice bass for me. Magic swimbait (hard/soft)should be fishing like jerkbait, sink->jerk->pause->jekk->sink->swim....rather than the traditional steady retrieve.
