Just to sound off for a second. How does the state justify the new online licensing. They tell us that we have to use the site, and then the site charges us for its use. Is there a new line on my taxes that I get to claim the $2.37? Then the saltwater fee. Is Massachusetts going to be stocking Strippers this year for me to catch? If so I actually might chase that truck. If the state could tell me that all the money raised from the sell of licensing went to the Dept of Fish and Game, and they in turn used the money to help improve the sport (ie. ramps for boats, education for younger anglers) then I would be able to justify their actions, but as of right now, I can not. I would rather like to see a higher licensing fee then being nickled and dimed for the status quo
