Isearched high and low all over the internet to try to find replacement skirts, no luck, they are cheap enough to replace the whole lure, only 3$ and some change a piece, unless you own one that is not available in certain color anymore in which case it doesnt look to diffucult to buy some stand skirt materail and replace the skirt your self, Ive done it with more expensive frog baits to avoid the 12$ per frog replacement cost, good luck
