I was gonna go to webster lake tomorrow but i found out that i cracked my brake line on my truck so i wont be able to tow the boat. I'm thinking about taking a ride in the car out to wachusett res and fishing off sure for smallies. Anyone familiar with the res that could give me an idea of a decent area to fish this time of the year for smallmouth? I'm thinking that any steep drop offs close to sure should be good but i've never fished it so please clue me in if you know anything about the place.
