Upper Mystic Ramp

Does anyone know if the construction at the Upper Mystic ramp is done? I'm looking to fish there on Monday.

Yes its done.
They finished just after the tourny we fished there this year.

I'll be there Monday then. Going with Freddy The Fish. We plan on being there around 7. Evan thanks for the info. If you can get out Monday swing by we'll be there till 1 or 2.
