a friend of mine was fishing a pond near his house(not going to give location but will say on the south shore area) this weekend, they were fishing some frog baits around a patch of lilly pads. after landing a few bass he hooked a 30" gator. obviously this was someones pet that they let go but thought it was still an unusual catch for a day of bass fishing
