Has anyone fished there lately and is the boat ramp open? I know the ramp was closed earlier this year.

I dont know the answer to your questions but I have heard this is an awsome lake to fish, have to watch out for lower unit, so Iam told. One weekend when I dont have Forced Family Fun, or MAFF I want to fish it.

That's what I'm looking to do. I think I may even bring a push pole with me. Just looking for a change of pace.

this is a great place, but yes, lots of stumps. def use trolling motor or pole. i wouldn't risk the outboard. some really nice bass in this place. can be tough to find because there are so many places for them to hide, but when you find them, they are nice.

I have heard they were draining into the other lake to fix damn, could be closed for the summer, but then someone told me that's false. glad i could help.
i have cought some nice pigs in that hole, all jigs
